The We Recover Together project is an initiative by the Louisiana Office for Addictive Disorders (OAD) to help people understand the impact of drug and alcohol addiction. Using video accounts from real people, this OAD initiative hopes to educate the public and reduce damaging stigma associated with addiction. These touching stories demonstrate how you can make a difference in someone's life through your actions and that people just like you CAN and DO recover from addiction and go on to lead happy productive lives.
